We want you to enjoy your time as much as possible while on vacation here.  As a single Family residence we are not burdened witht he rules of associations like most units here in Mission beach.  However, a general respect for your neighbors and the property is expected.  There are a few simple and general rules to follow.  The unit is fully furnished and equiped a general respect for these items is expected as well.  You will be liable for all damages that occur during your occupancy

To make reservations you must be 25 or older.

We can accept payment from PayPal through Personal Checks and Credit Cards.

There is a minimum of 4 nights on non peak seasons.  Peak seasons in July and August require a 7 night minimum.

Pets are allowed in this unit, however a restriction of 2 pets up to 35 pounds is enforced

This is a non-smoking unit, however there are two patios and two balconies you can feel free to smoke on. 

All Cancelations must be in writing and subject to cancelation fees if not canceled in time,

Reservations

Reservations will not be confirmed or guaranteed until you have been contacted that your deposit has been recived.  All Balances are due in full 60 days prior to your reservation

CHECK IN is at 3:00 pm

CHECK OUT is at 10:00 am

there is an extra charge for late check out and early arrival

Refundable deposit is $500

Non-refundable cleaning fee of $150

You are required to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it.  If additional cleaning is required the appropriate charges will be deducted from you deposit before it is returned.
